ASTRID’S RECIPE FOR SLEEP

1. a full belly
2. her “woof woof”
3. her sleep sack (a well worn hand-me-down. Made by hand. I think she is the fifth child to sleep in it.)
4. 500 miles (unfortunately it’s with my singing)
